The Burger and Chip

 

A chip and burger are in a kitchen.  There are about to be cooked.  The chip is very angry and upset.  The burger is surprisingly calm.

Chip: I don't want to die.

Burger: Neither do I but it's part of the circle of life.

Chip: I don't care about the circle of life.  I'm going to get out of here.

Burger: Don't be stupid.

The chip doesn't listen and jumps off the tray.  The burger follows reluctantly.

Burger: Your making a big mistake.

The chip carelessly jumps off the counter and looks in pain.  The burger follows more skillfully.

Burger: I told you it wasn't a good idea.

The chip grunts.

Chip: Carry me.

Burger: Fine.

The burger carries the chip outside the backdoor.

Chip: I'm not going to make it.

Burger: Yes you will come on.

Chip: No.  Just leave me.

The chip dies and the burger buries him in the mud.
