The Fair Trade Fair

“Huge success” said one of the customers at the Fair Trade Fair on Saturday the 3^rd of December. The students began work after the Halloween break and have been working hard up until the 3^rd, It could not have been done without the help of Ms Reilly, Ms Pierce and Ms Watson and the rest of the students working at the stalls and advertising. There was a huge range of items to buy that were hand made by people in the third world countries, we sell them here, to make it easier for them to make a profit. The items ranged from chocolate and Christmas cards to wooden toys and lovely jewellery. We managed to raise €5,200, the money received went straight back to the people who made the products.
